More Reforms Necessary for India to Remain Fastest-Growing Economy, Says IMF

Communications Director of International Monetary Fund (IMF) Gerry Rice said that while India has been one of the fastest-growing large economies in the world and has introduced many key reforms in the past 5 years. However, it still needs to a lot more to sustain the growth, he said.

Rice said that the details of the Indian economy will be shared in the World Economic Outlook (WEO) survey report which is scheduled to be released next month.
