Uber Eats’ Delivery Partners Can Now Avail Accident Insurance

Food delivery company Uber Eats has joined hands with Tata AIG General Insurance to offer a free accident insurance scheme for delivery partners across the country. The beneficiaries can avail upto ₹5 lakh worth of cover for death and permanent disability. They also get insurance cover worth ₹2 lakh for medical hospitalization expenses along with an outpatient cover of ₹ 50,000.

The insurance service is provided to all delivery partners of Uber Eats and is effective from the first order itself.
