Tamil Nadu Took Steps to Attract Investments Worth Rs. 45,000 cr, Says Industries Minister M C Sampath

Industries Minister M C Sampath who was present at the three-day Surface and Coating Expo said that the Tamil Nadu government has taken steps to attract investments worth Rs. 45,000 crores in various sectors. He said that the state was among the top 3 in industrialization and clocked a GDP of 8.03% during FY 2017-18.

Sampath said that Tamil Nadu is the largest hub for the production of electronic hardware, auto-components and automobiles, and textiles.
