New Changes in E-Commerce Norms to Have Small Impact on Jobs, Say Recruiters

When the government revised the norms for the e-commerce sector recently, the top players considered it as a major setback. However, from what the recruitment firms around the country have to say, the hiring in the sector will hardly be affected.

Sunil Goel, who is the Managing Director at the top executive firm GlobalHunt said that the changes may cause a marginal 5% to 10% impact on the jobs, but hiring shall continue normally. He said that customer service and supply chain are of utmost importance in e-commerce which is why employees for these areas will be hired actively to meet the growing demand.
