Employees Want Shorter Notice Period of One Month: Survey

According to a survey by HR tech platform Hush, 80% of the 2,800 employees that were questioned want the notice period duration to be lowered to a month against the average of three months. Even the HR veterans are of the opinion that a notice period of three months is too much and must be reserved for select situations and top-level management positions.

As per the survey, 80% of the employees think that favouritism is often used to get a shorter notice period.
