76% of Indian Firms Hit by Cyber Attacks: Survey

According to the survey “7 Uncomfortable Truths of Endpoint Security” that was released recently, cyber attacks are a major threat in India as 76% organizations reported to have been hit by online attacks in 2018. Globally, the figure stands at 68%.
The survey said that 39% of the most significant cyber attacks as reported by IT managers were on the servers, followed by 33% on the networks. It also said that almost every IT manager (97%) admitted that cybersecurity expertise is one of the biggest concerns in the country.
