70% Employers Look to Hire Big This Year, Says Survey

According to a TimesJobs survey of over 1,200 HR managers, 70% of the respondents expect the hiring activities to be aggressive in 2019 although only 32% of them describe the hiring activities in 2018 to be aggressive. Some of the biggest challenges that they said they faced in 2018 are hiring better leaders and reskilling the current workforce. They also said that they look to hire 77% of the workforce as permanent employees and 23% freelancers this year.
