60% Companies Say Workplace Culture Biggest Obstacle for Digital Transformation

According to a KPMG survey, nearly two-thirds of HR executives said that they have either undergone or undergoing a digital transformation. Less than 50% of the respondents said that their companies had a digital work plan.

Vishailli Dongrie who is partner and head at People and Change, KPMG India said that the majority of business and HR executives who participated in the survey realize the need for a digital transformation. To pursue that objective, they are increasing investments in new-age technologies like automation and artificial intelligence, she said.
