Master’s in Business Administration a.k.a. MBA is easily one of the most popular courses around the world. Whether you come from a management background or a non-management background, you can benefit from an MBA program if you get an entry into a decent business school. However, apart from the course itself, you must also think about choosing the right specialization viz. human resources, finance, business operations, etc. This is because:
Generalization makes you incompetent
The top-level management in every organization is comprised of various executives. For instance, there are HR managers who recruit and train new talent, manage payroll, and assess the performance of the working employees.
