UPI Transactions Crossed ₹1 Trillion Mark in December

The data provided by the National Payments Corporation of India shows that transactions via the Indian payments network UPI crossed a value of ₹1 trillion this December. That marks a 25% growth, as in November, the total value of transactions via the network stood at ₹82,232 crores, while in December, they stood at ₹1.02 trillion crores.  

The United Payment Interface (UPI) has observed more than impressive growth this year as the total volume of transactions increased four times in 2018 against 2017.
