Senior Managers Expect Over 30% Salary Hike When Switching Jobs, says Survey

According to a study by CIEL HR Services, around 30% of the senior level employees expect at least 30% salary raise when switching jobs, and around 40% expect at least 20% to 30% raise.

The study found that employees are most concerned about their salary growth when applying for new jobs. The other two factors that influence their decisions are designation and location.
