Salary Hikes to Remain Unchanged in 2019

The year 2019 could be disappointing for those seeking enter-level jobs. Those who are already working won’t be quite happy either, as the average salary hikes are expected to remain stable at 8% to 10%.
While some managers and recruiters say that they expect 1 million new jobs in 2019, they are of the unanimous opinion that salary hikes will remain the same save for those who have specific skills that are highly in demand.
According to GlobalHunt’s MD Sunil Goel, average salary hike can range between 10-12% although the top-performers can get as much as 20%.
