Salaries to be Hiked by 10% This Year, Says Report

According to a report by the global organizational consulting firm Korn Ferry, salaries are expected to increase by 10% in 2019 in India compared to 9% in 2018. It said that the inflation-adjusted wage is also expected to grow by 5% against 4.7% last year.
Korn Ferry Chairman and Regional Managing Director Navnit Singh said that India continues to enjoy a high overall salary increase due to rapid economic growth.
Korn Ferry’s projections are based on its database of 25,000 organizations in 110 countries and 20 million workers employed in these organizations.
