RERA Impact: Jobs in Real Estate Decline by 8%

As per a survey by job portal Indeed, jobs in real estate sector has declined by 8% since the implementation of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) in May 2017 even though the job searches on the platform increased by the same percentage. 

Despite the decline in jobs, professionals in the domains like marketing, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, accounting, etc. have started to show great interest in the real estate market after the enactment of the RERA Act. 

At present, Noida is the hottest job market for real estate sector followed by Mumbai and Bengaluru.
