RBI Declines to Share Inspection Reports of PNB Scam

In a response to a recent RTI query regarding the massive Rs. 13,000 crores Nirav Modi scam involving PNB, the central bank RBI said that it can’t share the details. RBI also said that it doesn’t have the “specific information” regarding the case and forwarded the application to PNB instead to share the details.
