Per Capita Income of Delhi is Thrice the National Average

According to the Economic Survey that was tabled in the Assembly this Saturday, the per capita income of Delhi was ₹3,65,529 in 2018-19 which is nearly three times the national average of ₹1,25,397 .It also said that the state’s GDP is projected to be around ₹7.79 lakh crores in 2018-19 which is 12.98% higher than that in 2017-18.
The report said that the education sector was the number one priority for the Delhi government during 2018-19 as it received the maximum allocation of funds (27.36%).
