India’s First Blockchain District to be Set Up in Telangana as Tech Mahindra Signs Agreement

In a bid to launch India’s first blockchain district, domestic IT giant Tech Mahindra has signed a Memorandum with the Telangana State Information Technology, Electronics and Communication department (ITE&C). 

CP Gurnani, who is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD) of Tech Mahindra said that it will be an incubator complete with innovative facilities and infrastructure that can help other companies including startups to build and launch blockchain-based services.
