India, Morocco Ink Pact to Support Each Other in Tackling Crime

This Monday, India signed an agreement with Morocco under which both nations will help each other in resolving criminal matters including legal assistance whenever required, the Home Ministry said.

The agreement was signed by Union Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju for India along with Minister of Justice Mohamad Aujjar for the Kingdom of Morocco. It aims to set up a comprehensive legal framework for the prevention, investigation, and prosecution of crimes as well as tracing funds that are being used for terrorist activities.
