HUL Takes Major Steps to Make Employees Future-Ready

To prepare its employees for emerging technologies, India’s largest consumer goods company Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) is offering them a variety of opportunities. The staff will get to work with other companies to identify the common problems in their industry and use the experience when working in the projects led by the Company’s Managing Director, Sanjiv Mehta.

HUL’s HR Executive Director BP Biddappa said that the company wants its employees to work with other companies to experiment and get involved in tasks that they aren’t usually a part of at their regular jobs. He also said that the managers are given outside experience so that they can ready themselves for the next leap in business.
