Five Major Agreements Signed Between India, Australia

In a bid to enhance corporation in key sectors like education, disability, and agricultural research, India signed 5 agreements with Australia as President Ram Nath Kovind met with Australian PM Scott Morrison in Sydney recently. The latter also released a report covering Australia’s response to the Indian Economic Strategy. He said that it provides a roadmap for the nation’s economic future with India. 

Australia’s Trade Minister Simon Birmingham said that they want to focus on 10 key states and 10 key sectors in India for a greater economic engagement.
