Employee Stress Biggest Concern for Companies in India

According to a new study by Willis Towers Watson, employees’ lack of physical activity and stress are the two major lifestyle risk factors observed by the employers in India. 

The India Health and Wellbeing study found that obesity, poor financial wellbeing, and tobacco are three other major concerns for the employers. It also said that in 2018, 80% of organizations took at least one measure to reduce mental stress in their employees and a whopping 89% admitted that stress-related issues were a top priority for them.
