E-commerce Giants Look to Hire More Senior Talent

With a variety of new trends disrupting the e-commerce industry including high mobile data usage, improved funding scenario, and advanced transaction models, the top players in the industry including Flipkart and Amazon have ramped up the recruitment for senior-level positions. 

Managing director of FIDIUS Advisory Anuj Roy said that his firm is running 13-14 mandates for senior positions compared to 7-8 last year. Similarly, the mandates at Longhouse Consulting have jumped from 30 a quarter to 75 a quarter most of which are from e-commerce.
