Domestic Financial Products RuPay, SBI App Launched in Singapore by PM Narendra Modi

Three major payment apps of India viz. RuPay, BHIM, and SBI digital payment were launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Singapore this Thursday as he attended the ‘Business, Innovation and Community Event’ there.

RuPay users in Singapore will now be able to make payments at all of the NETS acceptance points in the country. In addition to that, SBI’s Singapore branch has launched an app-based rupee remittance to India service via UPI in collaboration with the NPCI.
