Delhi’s Pollution Problem to Resolve With ₹50,000 cr Worth of Highway Projects, Says Nitin Gadkari

Road, Transport, and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari said that the government is looking to implement ₹50,000 crores worth of projects to decongest Delhi which is facing massive problems of air and water pollution.  He was present at an event in which he laid the foundation stone for a 2,820-crore highway corridor project that connects the Eastern Peripheral Expressway (EPE) junction to Akshardham. He also said that the Delhi-Meerut Expressway will be completed by March itself.
