Artificial Intelligence to Disrupt Digital Marketing in 2019

Even though digital marketing is still evolving and growing, new trends are already emerging in this space. One big such development that’s expected to disrupt digital marketing in 2019 is Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Tech Giants are already using AI to capitalize on digital marketing. For instance, Google stores analyse all the searches to predict better results and improve advertisement targeting, while Facebook uses technology to study the habits and preferences of its users. However, now AI is being used by startups too in the form of chatbots (a market that’s projected to exceed 1.34 billion USD by 2024), voice searches via smart assistants like Siri and Alexa, etc.
