Artificial Intelligence is Creating Jobs, Not Killing

Although the rise of Artificial Intelligence has gotten people worried about losing jobs, the truth is that it’s actually creating more jobs than the job seekers are able to fill. There are so many applications of AI including smart locks, digital assistants, auto driving, etc. that it has created a shortage of qualified works in the domain. According to recruiters, there are few AI-trained professionals in the US job market.

Many economists are of the opinion that AI will revolutionize economy just like the steam engine did back in the day. Thus, top universities around the world have already started modifying their curriculum to train students in subjects like machine learning and artificial intelligence. According to the data provided by job portals like Glassdoor and Indeed, job postings in the AI domain are fast increasing.
