₹4 Billion Disbursed to Develop Villages Along International Borders

The Union government has approved a whopping ₹4 billion to 10 states that have international borders. The funds will be used for developing the villages along the borders and to ameliorate the lives of the people living in these remote locations. During financial year FY 2017-18 also the government had disbursed ₹11 billion for the development of villages on international borders in 17 states.
