Uber Signs Agreement with Ayushman Bharat to Provide Healthcare to Drivers

Transportation network company Uber has signed an agreement with the national healthcare scheme Ayushman Bharat to offer free healthcare to its drivers and delivery partners. Under the Uber Care initiative, it will establish Common Service Centers (CSCs) at Partners Seva Kendras across the country.

Ayushman Bharat CEO Dr. Indu Bhushan said that under Uber’s partnership, the government expects to reach out to lakhs of people in the driver and delivery community and provide them health benefits.
